Human Resource Division In 2007, the National Art Gallery was expanded with 5 divisions based on the new organisation structure of BSLN which was approved by the JPA in 1st July 2006. In accordance to that, the focus of the Human Resource Division has been channelled towards the fulfilment of the new job vacancies initiated by the BSLN.
This job vacancy fulfilment was operated in 3 phases. For the first phase, interview sessions for 20 postitions from different service schemes were held from 12 – 15 February 2007 and 20-33 March 2007, where in 16 May 2007 the new hired officers finally came for their first card punch-in. For the second phase, interview sessions for 7 positions were held from 23-30 April 2007 and the newly hired employees started at 2nd July 2007. For the third phase, interview sessions for 36 positions were held in August 2007 until December 2007, and the assignations were made in stages. Grade 41 reported in on 16th November 2007, Grade S27 Curator Assistant reported in on 3rd Disember 2007, and the Museum Assistant Grade S17 reported in on 17th March 2008.
