Our inspiration comes from our mother’s recent work when we moved back to her Kampung in November 2020. Amongst those close to her, she is known for having an eye for spotting society’s pain points and for being proactive in meeting its needs resourcefully & creatively. Our artwork, which combines 3D replicas of SEED Perdu Buloh and an audiovisual montage, will carry the audience through the journey from how with just a ‘seed’ of idea and the ability to realize potential in the surrounding resources, she was able to show the skeptics that the many assumptions they had were just that – mere assumptions.
